Traditional Therapy focuses on the past, whereas I will focus on the present moment and future growth. We will take a glimpse at the past and work through past challenges and trauma, but the majority of our time will be growth focused.
In addition to the education and real life experience that I have, I can weave in nutrition coaching, yoga and or meditation, personal training, financial guidance, and spiritual enlightenment. Each client is unique and will benefit from different lifestyle upgrades that I offer.

Yes! I have personally experienced the ravages of depression, anxiety and suicidal ideations. This state of mind is debilitating and is often impossible to overcome without intervention. I fully understand the stigma associated with mental unwellness and the shame, guilt and hopelessness one feels. I also understand the tunnel vision of complete hopelessness that you feel when you are in the dark hole of depression. I am here to help you see the light, regardless how dark your vision is.
That depends on how willing you are to stay committed to your sessions. Clients who meet with me weekly can see and feel progress after one session, and my average client only needs 3–12 to make significant, lifelong progress.
